Spring Start up (pool only)
Our pool professional will reassemble circulation equipment and prime system for start-up. This service includes reinstallation of pool accessories (ladders, hand-rails, etc.). We will remove your safety cover and store it in the customer specified location. This service includes initial pool shocking, as needed. While onsite our professional will check and replace minor parts, as needed and make recommendations for any additional repairs or services required. Any parts replaced during the opening services will be billed back to the customer.
$40 OFF if paid in full by March 28th. Otherwise a 50% deposit is required to schedule.
Owners are responsible for cleaning water and debris off of the pool cover prior to our arrival. May result in an additional fee if not done.

Initial Vacuum Service
Service is only available with our Spring
Start up Service. Our pool professionals will brush
and vacuum pool walls and floor.
Start up Chemical Balancing
We can perform a professional water test and balance chemicals for your initial start up.
Note: The filtration system must run for 24 hours until a pool professional
programs the pool schedule for optimal filtration performance.
*Water cannot be tested and balanced accurately without sufficient circulation.
Filtration System Cleaning
Fees and process depend upon your filter type (i.e., DE, Cartridge or Sand)
It is recommended you clean your filtration system at least once a season.
Our Pool professional will disassemble clean out all debris and get your filter
back to operating efficiently!
VIP Summer Service Package
Pricing is based on pool features, size and length of desired swim season
Includes the following services!
- Pool Opening & Closing
- Initial pool vacuuming at pool opening
- Weekly pool service starting week of May 19th through week of September 1st (or 16 weeks for customer selected date range)
- Additional weeks of service are available at a discounted rate per visit.
- Weekly professional water chemistry test and all chemicals necessary to balance the following; Salt, Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity, Calcium, Cyanuric Acid, & Phosphates. (If a unique situation occurs where special treatment or procedures are needed for the pool, they will be billed separately)
- Weekly vacuuming, skimming, brushing of pool, emptying of skimmer/pump baskets, and inspection of pool equipment.
- Back washing filter and addition of DE (if applicable), on an as-needed basis, depending on the environment, pressure readings, and the age of the filter.
- Weekly report of services performed will be provided after each service
- VIP customers are priority for Emergency Service Calls
